We would like to thank you very much for a wonderful few days in Bansko and at the golf club. We both had a fantastic break and really appreciate all the hard work that you put in to organising the golf tournament. It all seemed to run so silky smooth but I know that it must have taken hours of careful planning. I could tell that you and Warren wanted this event to be a great success and it was. All of your staff were also very helpful and they are a real credit to you although that I felt that Velichka should have been carrying my bag for me. It felt manageable until it was loaded up with water and sandwiches and fags for the day. Oh and not forgetting the extra supply of balls for the testing shot over the lake on the 15th. I think it was this hole where my wheels well and truly fell off. I enjoyed the golf immensely and it was great to meet new people and get to know a few old aquaintances even better. What a fantastic course you have there. Some beautiful golf holes which can be quite testing but at the same time with perfect fairways that can be quite flattering to some slightly miss hit shots. I particularly enjoyed the 2nd day round the Pines course which has some of the best golf holes that I have ever played. We were pleasantly surprised at the apartment you had arranged for us it felt very spacious initially with well proportioned rooms and a lovely view to the mountains. All in all I don't think you could have improved on the event but would have liked to have seen a results sheet after the first round and also after the second. Warren said he would email me a copy. Thats about it really. I have told everyone here that we had a wonderful time and that they should consider the golf course as a destination for golf hols and I look forward to maybe being able to ski then golf in March with a few of the crowd. As far as recommending you to people interested in buying apartments ... I never think twice about doing that anyway. I know that during my initial purchase that I was in very good hands and I am particularly impressed with your service on the somewhat reluctant sale of my apartment. Shame I couldn't have sold the developer / complex manager instead but hey ho thats the way it goes. A few people have asked if the sale of my apartment is the beginning of the end of my relationship with Bansko. Hell no !!! I love the place and the people and will continue to drag myself all the way over there for many years to come.

We came to Bansko to view quite a few properties in a short period of time and were picked up by Deb and Warren and taken to view them. Whilst being taken to each they were very informative about the town and told us all the best local restaurants and all the important "need to know" details. We were shown the apartments and had as long as we liked to look around and ask any questions. After viewing many apartments we left Deb and Warren and decided what to do next. It was late in the day when we gave Deb a call and she came out of her way to collect us and take us back to re-view the apartments we wanted to see again. We were treated very well and it was well into the evening before we left Deb to come back to our hotel.
