It’s great to see that even after the recession there are still many buyers confidently investing here in Bansko. The buyers are now mostly Russian and Bulgarian with others buying from Greece, Serbia, Macedonia, Italy, Spain and of course a few British buyers.

Prices are lower than previous years however many British people who invested a few years ago bought when the Euro was weaker so this means they don’t need to return so many Euros due to the rate of exchange.

Often in today’s market lower offers are often made and at that point our commission maybe negotiable.
