Our partners at “Bansko Property Managers Ltd” will provide first class Property Management Services on an initial two year contract.
The annual charge will be 10 Euros per square meter, which includes a pre-payment of 3 Euros for Heating Fuel expenses for common areas. 7 Euros are for the maintaining and cleaning of the common areas including the Recreation and Laundry facilities, maintaining the garden and lawns, clearing of snow, the cost of common water and electricity consumption, provision of the 24 hour reception and security services, maintaining and operating the central heating system. |
