PAYMENT TERMS
Excellent payment terms with only a 30% deposit and nothing more to pay until completion in November 2010.
· A €3000 (or £2,000) deposit secures the reservation of your apartment for 14 days.
· Within 14 days of signing the reservation form a 30% payment is required (minus your deposit).
· No further payments are required until completion of the build in November 2010 when the remaining 70% is due.
These terms enable you to purchase an apartment for only 30% of today’s price and benefit from the increase in value between now and the final 70% payment due on completion in November 2010.

Sheridan Resorts work closely with a fully regulated, reputable financial services company in the UK. They provide sensible advice and arrange loan or mortgage finance through UK financial institutions to cover the cost of the deposit and/or the completion payment.
3. Raising funds from Banks in Bulgaria
Bulgarian banks offer competitive interest rates and mortgage products which can provide an excellent option for funding. We have very good links with British independent finance brokers working in Bulgaria who can find the best available deal for you.
