This well-priced, east-facing, one-bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor of the Top Lodge complex, a nicely finished complex situated on the west side of the river only a 7 minute walk to the Gondola and close to the old town of Bansko. The property comes finished with laminate flooring in the living areas and tiles in the wet areas. The bathroom comes with a shower and has hot water boiler fitted as well. Heating is provided through wall-mounted radiators.

The apartment comes fully furnished with fitted kitchen wall and base units along with integrated oven and two hot plates, there is also a fridge, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee machine and all the items you require for rental. There is also a dining table and four leather chairs. The lounge has a double sofa bed and a single armchair that can also be used as a bed, a coffee table, a TV and TV cabinet. The bedroom comes with two single beds, bedside cabinet, wardrobe, mirror and dressing table. There is a single wardrobe, wall coat rack and mirror in the spacious entrance hall.
