Cite-Jardin is a joint-venture project, developed by two of the most reputable construction companies in Sofia. Both, "TORIN-TONCHeV & CO" and "FILTO-S" Ltd are well-known local market leaders with over 16 years of experience each.

The Cite-Jardin complex is located 150 m away from Simeonovsko shose Blvd., which links it directly to the city centre. It consists of 10 separate buildings with underground garages, commercial premises, sports grounds, leisure facilities, a nursery as well as a bank's office.
